About Us
The International Operations Division of Super Brand Trade & Investments operates under the institutional framework of the Jerusalem Chamber of Commerce (JCC) and leads a professional framework based on Government-to-Government (G2G) channels for the implementation of approved workforce allocations.
Our operations are carried out in full compliance with the relevant regulatory requirements, international business standards, and the principles of transparency, accountability, and professional supervision.
The international activity is personally managed and supervised by Amit Shoshan, International Director and Head of the Sri Lanka Branch on behalf of the Jerusalem Chamber of Commerce. Based on extensive operational and managerial experience in establishing and leading large-scale workforce programs involving hundreds and thousands of workers, Amit supervises the coordination with the authorities and relevant parties in Sri Lanka, while maintaining the highest professional standards and a deep commitment to worker welfare.
Behind the scenes, we establish and manage institutional coordination systems through official G2G channels with the relevant authorities in Sri Lanka. These frameworks enable continuous supervision over recruitment, registration, preparation, and worker deployment processes, while ensuring that all candidates complete the required verification procedures, including medical examinations, police clearance certificates, identity verification, and all other relevant compliance requirements.
In addition, workers participate in customized orientation programs and focused professional training before their deployment. This approach helps reduce turnover, improve workforce stability, and provide employers with a reliable long-term workforce solution, while maintaining fair employment conditions and genuine care for worker welfare.
Our Operating Model
Operations in Israel
We specialize in implementing approved workforce allocations. Employers are only required to hold valid workforce allocations approved by the Ministry of Labor. From this stage onward, the entire process is managed through our institutional framework until the workers arrive in Israel.
